If you don’t pass your DMV practice test the first time, we will refund all your service costs.

Conditions:

• You have to answer at least once (the best result) for at least 85% of questions in each course lesson.
• You have to pass exam at least two times in each question part in our test app (exam mode).
• In the week preceding your DMV test you have to pass our final exam at least 5 times. You can’t score less than 80% in the last 5 results. Please note: you have to own an active account to be able eligible for any refund.
• You have to prove that you didn’t pass the DMV test during 21 days since the exam date. It can be any official document or two appointments which were paid under your name. Please note: your name has to appear on any document you will provide. You can remove any sensitive data (address, DOB, credit cards numbers etc.) from the documents.

Assuming you have met all the conditions, we will credit back the costs of all you packages in 14 days.
Refund will be credited back using the original payment method.
